2016 Hopefuls address NH voters concerns on Child Care Crisis

Here in NH, 69% of kids under age six have both parents in the labor force, making access to child care an economic necessity. For a typical family with an infant and a four-year-old in New Hampshire, the average cost of childcare amounts to one-third of their annual income.What will our next President do to help tackle this crisis?
